In this workshop I will share a selection of my current favorite things with you! You will learn whatever cool things I have been playing with lately and some of my old favorites. The workshop is on static and spinning pole. Lets have some fun and work on some cool new things!

9:30 – 10:30                        Guten Morgen Yoga*, gratis Workshop für alle Teilnehmer
11:00 – 12:30 Uhr            1. Workshop Gruppe 2, mit Natasha Wang

 – Flip, Drop & Roll

Learn crowd-pleasing drops, flips and tumbles, no gymnastics training required! This workshop will teach you safe, progressive techniques to get you from scared-to-death to death defying in 90 minutes.

 

12:30 – 14:00 Uhr              2. Workshop Gruppe 1, mit Natascha Wang

 – Signature Pole Tricks

Specially designed for polers of Beginner-Intermediate levels, this workshop is a compendium of Natasha’s latest and greatest Signature Tricks. We’ll learn dazzling aerial poses, introductory Chinese pole techniques, dynamic spins, and creative mounts. Being able to invert is not a pre-requisite for this workshop, but students should be able to climb the pole.

15:00 – 16:30 Uhr          2.Workshop Gruppe 2, mit Britt Bloem

Pole Dynamics – 

Dynamic tricks, transitions and flips are rapidly becoming a part of every polers wish list. In this workshop we will work on cool dynamic movement that will impress your audience and scare the boobs of your chest – just kidding.
Through understanding the movement and working in small steps, you will see that
there is nothing to be scared of and you can nail things you never thought possible.

 – Spinny Shapes – 

There is just no feeling like spinny pole – it comes pretty close to oating don‘t you think? Spinny pole has a beautiful magic and dynamic to it, turning the simplest of moves
into visual spectacles and allowing for endless owy combos of shapes.

-Get off the floor-

A powerful and fun performance isn’t always about the aerial tricks. Learn how to dance from the floor onto the pole as we hand-balance, spin, jump and cartwheel our way from the floor onto our apparatus.

-Pole wish list-

This is a longer, looser, but still intense workshop in which students will finally conquer the tricks on their wish list as well as be challenged to take their movement to the next level through more difficult transitions, variations or combinations.

 

15:00 – 16:30 Uhr         4. Workshop für Gruppe 2,  mit Britt Bloem

– Big spin –

In this workshop we will float, fly and spin ourselves up, down and around the static pole. The cool thing about spins is that you can combine them with floorwork, more spins, tricks, lifts and even flips. After going over some technique basics, I will teach you some beautiful and spectacular big spin combinations. Get ready for take off!

 

16:30 – 18:00 Uhr        5. Workshop für Gruppe 1,  mit Britt Bloem

-Flexy Tricks-

There are so many ways to do beautiful splits on a pole – and the good news is, you don‘t always need a full split to make it look impressive.
So lets get started with a good warmp-up with some good stretches – and I will show you how to do some beautiful exy tricks. Some are a challenge to work on, others are surprisingly easy.

This spinning pole-only workshop will be constantly updated with Natasha’s favorite spinning tricks and combos. Students will learn wow-inducing dynamic spins, elegant spin passes incorporating strength, flexibility and control, and transition movements to link everything together. This workshop is recommended for intermediate/advanced level students with a good understanding of, and comfort with spin pole.
