Wir teilen dieses Camp in zwei Gruppen auf.

Gruppe 1: grüne Gruppe – keine Voraussetzungen
Gruppe 2: rote Gruppe – Voraussetzung: solider Invert, Leg Hang auf beiden Seiten, Shoulder Mount

ACHTUNG! Aufgrund persönlicher Gründe kann Shaina Cruea leider nicht am Camp teilnehmen. Wir sind außerordentlich glücklich stattdessen Magnus Labbe dabei zu haben.

Static Electricity – 

Static rotation workshop about generating energy and momentum from nothingness — aka a static pole — to make your tricks flow aerially and create the illusion of a spinning pole.

 – Pole’tastic Gymnastics

As a forever gymnast I love to incorporate gymnastic and acro moves on and off the pole. When I look at pole, I see handstands and cartwheels everywhere! In this class I will show you technique to strengthen moves that use handstands and cartwheels on the floor and pole, and introduce you to other acro inspired moves. Adding acro elements both off and on the pole can add a new dimension to your pole practice. And they are a great way to build body awareness that can help you in every aspect of pole.

 – New to Pole

This workshop is designed for those new to pole that have been bitten by the pole bug! This can be taught at various levels, no invert required. In this workshop you will learn some secrets to success, things that I wished someone taught me from the start!

 

14:30 – 16:00 Uhr          2.Workshop Gruppe 2, mit Magnus Labbe

Contemporary Pole’Ography – 

In this special and creative contemporary pole class by Magnus is inspired from modern dance techniques. Learn how to flow around the pole using release techniques from the modern dance world and explore a language of flow movement. In the class we will do a contemporary choreography using the pole and we will be spinning, rolling and dancing on the floor and in the air. Please bring socks and kneepads for protection.

 – Let’s get Low –

Flow is the key element in this fun low pole flow workshop based on cool floor work transitions and interesting low and dynamic flows on static pole.

-Power to the Pole-

Challenge yourself in this intense workshop focused on tricks requiring strength: Inverts, Special grips, Dead Lifts, Flip, etc… with a special attention to elements of transition specific to spinning and static poles.

-SPINNY contemPOLEary –

Starting with total body conditioning both on the floor and on the pole, students will learn how to use their body weight to control the speed of the spin. This workshop will teach students how to maintain beautiful shapes and speed with contemporary components intertwined. Students will leave this workshop having gained more knowledge of individual pole tricks and how to enter and exit them seamlessly!

 

15:00 – 16:30 Uhr         4. Workshop für Gruppe 2,  mit Magnus Labbe

– Magnus Secret Tricks and Combos –

This workshop has it all. This is Magnus’ favourite tricks and combos. You will be climbing, dropping, inverting, rotating, spinning and more in this fun and challenging workshop on static pole.

 

16:30 – 18:00 Uhr        5. Workshop für Gruppe 1,  mit Heidi Coker

-Floor 2 Pole Transitions-

Create seamless transitions onto and off of the pole. Use your floor space to make interesting shapes and add another level of creativity to your combos! We will work on transitions from the floor onto the pole, and from the pole down to the floor in new and interesting ways.

-Pole Conditioning-

Work smarter not harder! Our main interest will be small muscle development for greater shoulder stability and injury prevention. We will also look at strengthening our cores and upper body as a whole. Technique can make a big difference in injury prevention and increasing stamina, we will discuss many ways to execute pole tricks more efficiently.
